With ancient, almost ancestral links to the world of architecture and design, wood is able to provide effective inspiration for marvellously contemporary solutions. This is the case in the living area of this elegant villa in Malta, where the TV unit and the bar cabinet made to measure by Arte Brotto engage in an original dialogue of material and shape between the natural veining of the marble tops and the wood covering of the front pieces, featuring a distinctive 3D effect created by the bas-relief milling work carried out on the solid Oak wood, with a smoked, brushed, stained and varnished Ca’ Polo finish.
