Balance between modern and ancient
Herringbone 90° floor Ca' Corner - Private Villa, Italy
Ancient and modern meet in a splendid renovation project in Città di Castello. The history radiated from the external architecture is retraceable even on the inside, harmoniously intertwined with modern elements. The identity of the house is well defined: linearity and geometry delineate the spaces, bringing forth a sense of perfection and balance which is recalled in every zone thanks to the selection and the layout of furniture and objects. Oak Vero Table in Onda Nera finishing with a V Glass leg, 280 centimeters long, embodies completely the personality of the space: it’s unique lines connect with the geometry of the room that contains it and the see-through glass legs create a floating effect for the planks, a surprising contrast between the illusion of lightness and noble substance of the solid wood. Even the Oak sideboard from the Segreti Collection is fully in sync with those distinctive aspects, its essential elegance, made by precise lines and shapes, is perfectly functional to the homes’ aesthetic and the daily necessities.
