Ca’ Apollonio Heritage: luxury hospitality and gourmet restaurant

Ca’ Apollonio Heritage is the elegant redevelopment project of a splendid 15th-century villa.
Its rooms – revisited in a contemporary key, but observing the original soul and architecture – now host a bistro, a gourmet restaurant and a boutique hotel. Arte Brotto created the custom furnishings and some iconic pieces from its collections and its modular wall paneling systems, perfect for giving coherence to the whole location thanks to the natural beauty of walnut wood.

In the Gourmet Restaurant, the solid oiled walnut Vero table with custom base expresses the exclusive atmosphere, with its distinctiveness.
Around this iconic item, the made-to-measure furniture by Arte Brotto stands out.
The modular multifunctional boiserie Urban_H works both as covering and as storage unit.

In such a high-level project as Cà Apollonio Heritage is, every detail is studied and designed to give coherence to the whole location. Thus, for the common transit areas from the Reception to the Bistrot, Arte Brotto created custom recesses in oiled walnut, suitable to hold bottles from the wine cellar and to act as a bookcase. The regular alternation of recesses and benches – in oiled walnut, too – gives rhythm to the area.

The Bistrot is also embellished with custom furnishings: the tables are designed and made to be in line with the elegance of the villa and the benches are enriched with oiled walnut planters.
The top of the bar counter, inspired by the design concept of Vero table, gives the distinctive signature to the beauty of Bistrot area.
